Maintenance
Before each move-in, our on-site maintenance staff performs a multi-point inspection and turnover of each home. We also work with a professional cleaning staff that includes a detailed cleaning and carpet clean.
It is up to each resident if they prefer to be present for work orders. We will complete the work order based on this preference.
You have many options to submit a maintenance request. You can email, call, or submit a request through the website resident portal.
If you have locked yourself out of your home during our "open" hours, please call, or stop by the office and a member of our staff can grant you access, or provide you with a replacement key for a nominal fee. If it is after-hours, please call our emergency maintenance line.

We have a number of parking options available at Marina Square. All of our parking options are inside a parking garage. In the garage, we offer standard spaces, ADA spaces, and electric charging spaces and we also offer tandem spaces if you have more than one vehicle.

The Crow's Nest Rooftop Deck is available year-round. Check the signs posted on site, if the areas have specific times they open and close.
Yes! We permit up to two pets per household. Exotic animals of all kinds, and animals in cages are prohibited.
The following dog breeds are restricted:

- Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Huskies
- Malamutes
- Mastiffs
- Presa Canario
- Pit Bull
- Rottweiler
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- Wolf hybrid
Additionally, any combination of the above breeds, or any of the above breeds mixed with a non-restricted breed are not permitted in our multifamily communities.

We offer fully furnished studios with kitchenettes for a minimum 30-day stay.

We typically get an answer back from our screening company within a 1/2 hour. If further screening is required, it could take up to 48 hours.
Renter's insurance is required.
Our community features 2 options for internet: CenturyLink and Comcast.
There is a lease termination fee equal to two months' rent. If you are a service member, please contact the office as there are resources for you to vacate early without penalty.
Our professional leasing staff will arrange the water/sewer/trash, and will aid in setting up your electric account.
All of the utilities are billed separately. The water/sewer/trash are paid to Marina Square with your rent. For furnished suites, all utilities are included in the monthly rent.
Location
The Bremerton Transportation Center is a short 1-minute walk from all of our entrances; this transportation center provides access to the Washington State Ferry System (auto & passenger) and the Kitsap Transit BusTransfer Center and Fast Ferry Terminal.
Our community is located in the Bremerton School District.

- At Exit 36, head right on the ramp for WA-304 East toward Bremerton
- Bear right onto WA-304 / Burwell St toward City Center / Seattle Ferry / WA-304 East
- Turn right to stay on WA-304 / Pacific Ave
- Turn left onto 2nd st
WA-3 South
- Take the ramp on the left for WA-3 South and head toward Bremerton
- Take the ramp on the right for WA-310 / Kitsap Way and head toward Naval Base / Naval Shipyard / Olympic College
- Turn left onto WA-310 / Kitsap Way toward Bremerton / Naval Shipyard / Naval Station / Olympic College

Is there parking? Yes, we have a parking garage on-site where you can rent a parking spot. Inquire with the leasing office for prices and rentals. 2 hour parking only parking stalls are available on 2nd street for pick up and drop off.

Where can I unload my belongings? Marina Square has a loading dock located in the 2nd level car garage. Contact the leasing office to reserve a time for unloading.
