Marina Square is a pet friendly community!- 1st Pet: $300 pet deposit and $300 pet fee
- 2nd Pet: $300 pet deposit
- Pet rent: $20/1 and $30/2
- Breed Restrictions
Comments: It’s not home without fur-kids. If you have a furry family member, we’re a pet friendly community. Two pets per household are allowed. Exotic animals of all kinds, and animals in cages are prohibited.
The following dog breeds are restricted:

- German Shepherd
- Huskies
- Malamutes
- Mastiffs
